Covid-19 has hit our kindergarten scholars hard! Some of the scholars have not even attended pre-school. The items have been carefully chosen to enhance their educational experience with guided reading, writing centers, as well as technology involving math and reading. The headphones are needed for students to utilize with Chromebooks which need a microphone to record them reading. The paper and journals will be used to enhance their writing abilities and build ABC books. The wipe off board circles will be used during small group, and the wipe off boards will be used in whole group and small groups. Each scholar deserves an opportunity to grow and excel. Scholars deserve an opportunity to catch up from the pandemic that is not their fault. Hopefully we will stay in school, but if they are virtual they will have headphone to hear me and communicate while attending virtually. Scholars will collaborate in centers with the teacher and learn to read, write, and compute math this year with these items. These scholars deserve the very best opportunity.
