Books and games are used on a daily basis to teach my students about their emotions and how to interact with others. The materials that I have selected will help my students become more aware and knowledgable about their emotions and how to interact in social situations. Learning how to navigate and control your emotions is something that takes time and practice. The items I selected will help my students do this in a hands-on way. I believe that the more opportunities that students are given to practice their emotions in a safe situation, the better off students will be in having positive social interactions in the real world.
