These materials will be used for small group instruction. Students are grouped so that they can work in a more structured setting and have more opportunity to receive instruction at their level. Students will be able to grow their confidence in spelling and writing through practice of the spelling patterns they are ready to learn. The materials will also give students activities to work on independently and in partners to grow their understanding and confidence with the spelling patterns. These activities can be done in the classroom and even sent home to work on with family members. The materials are also adaptable to being used in a virtual setting.
