The materials will make an instrumental difference in the students' learning. First of all, I teach high school math and think it is really important for many of these students to get back into solving math on paper (need printer) because they have been learning virtually the past year and a half. A good document camera will be necessary both in class to go over examples as well as if our school has to go virtually the kids can see me writing the examples out. With these materials, our school can both function seamlessly in class as well as if we have to go virtual do to the Delta variant. My students are wonderful and I want to give them the best education possible and help them catch up on the year and a half of math that they missed due to Covid and lack of materials.
