These materials will help our preschool students feel welcomed, feel like they belong, and most importantly see themselves in our classroom materials. Our goal is for all children to see that they are unique and special the way they are. We want to make sure our kids see themselves in the toys, that the toys, pictures, books, and anything else reflects them. We want to help produce culturally sensitive children. These block play people toys are examples of different races, cultures and abilities. If we can have these conversations as teachers then so can our children. Learning and growing together is our goal.

About my class
