These books will be added to a growing classroom library. Each week students will choose books to read and explore during literacy lessons. The books will help students to learn reading comprehension, reading with accuracy, fluency, and an expanded vocabulary. These skills will contribute to a lifelong love of reading. Students will develop the ability to learn from the books they read as well. Several of these books will be read aloud during instruction and also for enjoyment by the whole class. The books will go straight into the hands of eager learners!
