My students are encouraged to express what they want to learn about. We explore topics of their choosing, and my lesson plans are written around their interests. I have found preschoolers are budding scientists and need the tools to test their questions and predictions. The the activity ramp, simple machines, water droppers and test tubes I have chosen will give my students opportunities to learn by doing: testing predictions, learning about physics, chemical changes, and simple machines. My hope is expand their learning by creating a STEAM environment for hands-on exploration and learning. Your donations will help provide my preschoolers a science-rich classroom!
