Flexible seating will allow for choice throughout my students' day. It will allow them to choose where and how to do their work during their lessons. Having flexible seating options allows for more movement as well. Having the ability to "wiggle while they work" will help them to focus and stay engaged in their work, which will allow for greater progress. Help me give my students alternative seating to allow for more flexible learning options. Surf desks and floor cushions are seating options that will make their time in our classroom more comfortable and will allow for more independent choices for my students.
