This project will help my students have the necessary technology to find success in their class work; end of course assessments; and college entrance exams. Over time, my classroom set of calculators has begun dwindling due to consistent use. This project will return my set to full capacity. Currently, around 80-90% of my students rely upon my classroom technology resources to function in class. The TI-83 plus calculator is designed for success in high school math classes, and I teach both Algebra II and PreCalculus. These subjects require extensive work with graphs of functions and their analyses, which the TI-83 plus is capable of facilitating.
