Today’s society is largely centered around webbased information and material. The World Wide Web provides so many great resources that can be effectively and responsibility used in a classroom setting. A classroom printer is essential for learning and should be accessible to students and teachers to aid in the educational process. I teach at a Title I school where a large majority of my students are from low income families. A classroom printer will not only allow me to enhance my instructional presentation with current and enticing learning activities, it will also allow my students the means to accomplish projects and create presentation materials that document their learning. This tool will maximize student ownership in their work and help deliver learning portfolios that each of them can be proud of!
