Having an air conditioning unit will allow me to create a more comfortable learning environment for my students to be able to learn, play and rest in comfort. Many of these low income students will be coming from homes that may also be hot and uncomfortable. When they step into my classroom each day I want them to be in a comfortable environment where they can cool off, relax, learn and play. The classroom already gets hit enough, these 4 year old will also be in mask all day. Can you image trying to be a kid, masked, in a hot classroom? They will not be as successful if they are hit and agitated. Please help me give my students a comfortable cool place needed to be successful!
