I am a firm believer in hands on learning. I feel students will comprehend and retain materials at a much higher rate when they are processing information in various ways. Microscopes offer students real life visuals, experience in classifying, creative thought and the ability to analyze their topics. It will be an important introduction to the world of biology and what makes a living thing… living! Giving children experiences in learning about scientific tools and how to learn and thrive in scientific design and procedures. And let’s face it, microscopes are cool!
