The use of rhythm sticks will be used for drumming on buckets. They drum standing up behind their buckets and move around them using locomotor skills. Students love to make noise and with Bucket Drumming it is a fun way to introduce rhythm and dance. It is hidden fitness. They are having so much fun dancing and drumming, they forget they are actually exercising and improving their heart health! Kids love to move and play to music. The smiles on their faces is reward enough for me! I love hearing the laughter and love the organized chaos.
