I have requested classroom sets of three different books. This will help my students to develop a home library of books that is like their classroom library. My students love books and they love being read to. The titles that were selected are student's favorites. Even if no one reads the book to them, my students know the words to the books. Even when the books are read in the classroom, the students point to the words and change their voices to fit the characters in the book. So in the event that they must be at home, they have books to remind them of school.
