Flexible seating has proven to help my students who like to wiggle and move while learning. My flexible seating requests will provide these students with the room to move while increasing their focus! I have listed sensory items that will benefit our students with special needs in our classroom with visual and tactile objects. Heavy duty bins will allow students to move with their possessions and helps them travel around our school with their books! We love taking advantage of living in such a beautiful area and taking our books outside. Lastly, I included things to add to my calming corner. These students have had such a chaotic past year that I hope to create a safe and calming area for when they are feeling frustrated.
