I teach at a school with a heavy caseload of both behavioral students and SpEd students. These flexible seating options and sensory tools will act as options for students to channel some of these energies into a positive output so that they can focus on their school work! Some of the sensory tools such as the weighted pads and kick bands will also help students with anxiety, as the trauma some of them have experienced is great in their short lifetimes. My classroom is a safe space and I want to provide all the tools and resources possible for my kids!
