Middle School Life Fitness is dedicated to developing both physical and mental strength in our students. Through mentorship and example, we hope to empower students to work hard and believe in themselves, so that they can live active and productive lives. Using the stories of athletes contain in this series, students can learn about the biggest names in sport, who have battled adversity and doubt, creating the life they dreamed of. Using these books, students will work across the curriculum to enhance their reading, writing and presentation skills as well.
