The purpose is to get AS MANY attendance prizes as possible! These can range from small (art supplies, comic books, etc) to large prizes (TVs, bluetooth headphones, scooters, etc). The vision is to have a surplus of prizes to give out for attendance incentives. As the Middle School team lead, I will be taking up the challenge of garnering attendance prizes for my scholars in 5th grade. The donations from you will raise vital incentives for my scholars who struggle with attendance. We have a large donation goal for our Middle School. The expected cost of the donations is $1,000. I have set myself a personal fundraising target of $1,000. I would greatly appreciate your help in reaching this target because our black and brown students deserve the same benefits as every other child in America. As part of your donations, we are also holding weekly attendance events in which we will gift our scholars with items listed in this donation. I will be inviting people from the local business community/families from the local area. If you could donate the items to our scholars, I will provide a letter of recognition signifying whom these donations have been received. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. As one of my sponsors, I will personally let you know how the attendance events are going once your gift has been received.
