The new materials in the classroom will show students that reading is the new cool. A lot of students concentrate better when it comes to reading by hearing it read to them. It is hard for students to hear what is being read aloud without headphones. To ensure the headphones are being used and placed back in the classroom the shoe rack will be where the headphones are placed. The LED lights will make the students feel comfortable. The clock will let students know how much time they have left on the activity. The mini basketball will be used to play different learning games along with the colorful buzzers. Also with the mobile desk, it will allow me to move around the class and teach from different areas within the classroom. The pointer is to help navigate the board without having to be around my computer.
