Using an easel during reading and math lessons gives students the accessibility to watch and be engaged in the learning process. There are times when the student will be able to physically approach the easel to work interactively using materials that are provided. All students will be able to benefit from using this resource in the classroom. When I have the opportunity to write on chart paper while we are having rich dialogue and capture the learning, the paper then becomes an anchor and the students can use as resource.

About my class
