My classroom seating is crowded and the students are not spaced apart well. With Covid still a valid concern for my students' health and well being, we need new tables to be able to better social distance in the classroom. Rectangular tables would allow us to spread out more from each other and take away some of the worry of spreading the virus during classroom learning time. This would allow students to focus on the lessons and be able to engage and be enthusiastic about learning literacy on a daily basis.
