I am striving to inspire young artists in my Title I school. I will be teaching art history using these fantastic titles. I am planning to bring art to many classrooms by sharing these books and providing engaging art lessons and projects. After reading picture books about famous artists, students will be given the opportunity to create art of their own. I hope through learning art history that I am able to spark creativity and a love of the arts. Learning art helps students build confidence, creativity and critical thinking skills.

About my class
