These books will make a difference in my students because will help them to identify and talk about difficult situations they are experiencing or their parents experienced as first or second immigrant generation through the experience of Francisco Jimenez, the author. We do not have many books in Spanish and this project will make a difference. We know students learn better when they see themselves in the book they read. Last year I went through some chapters and my students asked me to go through the whole book. Please help me to make this possible.
