This game system will be used to model appropriate social behaviors and to give my special needs students an acceptable reward system that they work towards earning time on by displaying positive behaviors in my classroom. The Nintendo platform has many games that are age appropriate and also that involve physical exercise. I have used this gaming system with this population of special needs students previously and it has always been a great success with them. The platform does not allow the students to access inappropriate material or to play games that are not teacher approved.
