Incentives are a great way to motivate and reward students. The incentives I have chosen are sensory fidget toys that will help my students calm down when they are feeling anxious. These incentives will given out as a reward. These toys will be rewarded based on good behavior, positive actions done in school, attendance, and perseverance towards their studies. We need a lot of motivation for these students and incentives will give allow us yo do just that. Please help me keep my students motivated all year long after being virtual at home for over a year.
