These disc golf discs will allow my students to get a real feel for the game, and allow them to be successful in an individualized sport that can continue with them throughout the rest of their life. Having a proper quantity of discs will allow freedom and inclusion for all students. My goal is to introduce my students to the great lifetime sport of disc golf and all it has to offer. Disc golf has many benefits for your physical, mental, and social health. Playing disc golf regularly can help with weight management, cause stress and anxiety levels to decrease, which can lead to better sleep, and also improve heart health. My hope is that my students will be inspired to play, and propose the sport to friends and family.
