All of my students have individualized and unique learning needs. Obtaining items such as manipulatives and reusable work pockets will allow the classroom team to create a learning environment that will contribute to the individual success of the students. The Yes and No buttons will allow for my non-verbal students to actively participate and engage in lessons. The motivational bulletin boards will contribute to the creation of a learning environment focused on teaching and reaching of the whole student through the social emotional learning. These items will allow for the classroom to not only be academically enriching, but also an environment where the students feel comfortable and are able to increase their emotional intelligence.
