These STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) manipulatives will be used in authentic and meaningful learning opportunities for my students. They already have a home in my kindergarten classroom. My students will use these individual “STEM boxes” to grow their brains and increase their engagement in the classroom. It will also be a learning tool for sharing, self-discipline, and responsibility. The literacy carpet squares will be used in multiple ways to increase literacy skills and development. All of these materials will promote learning, which will excite my curious students each and every day.
