Students painting in the classroom allows them the opportunity to learn to listen and follow directions, be creative, work in a group setting with their peers and focus their attention on an assignment. Painting with students in the classroom can be an effective tool to bring students together to work in a group while each student is able to produce an individual and unique project. Students will be exposed to a potential lifelong activity that they may enjoy that they may not be exposed to unless exposed while at school.
