After the crazy 2020-2021 school year, I want to get my students excited about learning. Something as simple as a yoga ball to sit on during lessons or small group time helps them to not only be excited, but stimulates their brain so they can focus on learning. About half of my class this year is students with IEPs and many of them require movement throughout the day to help them focus. Being able to get out of their desks and come work in a small group setting with me while slightly bouncing on a yoga ball makes all of the difference. I also included a teachers pay teachers gift card because I find myself purchasing lots of supplemental materials for my students throughout the year. Myself and my students are very grateful for the opportunity to add some exciting furniture to the classroom this year!
