Students will have access to STEM manipulatives everyday to foster their creativity! I believe that students learn best through play, and play has been slowly being pushed out of schools. STEM time also allows students that speak English as a second language to practice their communication skills in a natural setting. LCD writing tablets will be used multiple times a day to practice spelling, math and sentence writing. In an effort to reduce paper waste, we use personal dry erase boards numerous times throughout the day. While this did reduce paper waste, we increased our plastic waste. These LCD tablets are incredibly durable and have a battery life of 5 years!
