Students live in a modern age where they do everything electronically. In a math classroom, however, I as their instructor still need to see their handwritten work. This scanner will allow me to efficiently upload all student work into the digital grading system. I can then write directly on the electronic copy of their work, making my feedback readily available to them at the moment. There's no need to worry about losing student papers or handing them back, and my students will have access to their graded work from whenever and wherever they want. Instead of seeing a single percentage as their grade on an exam over the weekend, they can immediately check what they missed and all their neural connections to start rerouting as they rethink the problems. This method of grading also allows me to have much more time with my students, as it is a streamlined process that helps me cut grading time almost in half. More time with my students means more of a chance for learning.
