Being a Speech-Language Pathologist, I have seen first hand the impact sensory seeking has on a student. It often impedes learning and facilitates a stagnant atmosphere where progress towards goals are not made. These materials will help make a difference in my students’ learning because it will provide them with pathways for sensory integration that they don't regularly have at home or in the classroom. Materials will be adapted to target specific goals, as well as a calm down corner for moments when the students’ senses are just too great.
