None of my students own their own books and the book, Alien Snow, will give them pride of ownership as well as skills to improve their reading. The books will be used so that students can learn to read at home for their own pleasure. My students will use Google Classroom and Google Meet to communicate while at home so that they can provide updates on their reading experience during pre-established hours. In class, we will be reading for context and discussing the story and how it applies to real-life outside the classroom.
