These items will make a difference for student learning. The room divider will be essential to reduce distractions from others. In a special needs classroom, the room divider will allow students to focus on their specific learning tasks without the distraction from others within the classroom. Independent reading is important for my students and for some just being able to sit comfortably will make a difference for them. The bean bag chairs will allow my students to be comfortable when reading and relaxing in the reading nook. The sensory and puzzle items will help students to explore and build problem solving skills.
