In the art class we do allot of heritage months like Hispanic and black history. The students get to use the colored pencils, paint, dough, markers, construction paper, and other art supplies to make silhouettes of famous people. They also learn to get in tune with their artistic side by free drawing and or drawing from a picture they looking at. The students are taught to be as creative as they can be. Everyone is different but when they are together in art you get to see really how alike they are when it comes to their interests.
