The washer will be used to clean and maintain the athletic practice equipment and game day uniforms. It will give the student athletes one less thing to worry about meeting one or more of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. The students will gain life skills experience and responsibility. "If you look good, you feel good, and if you feel good, you play good" Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders. The washer will do more than clean the equipment, it will give these students athletes confidence and build their "pride and purpose".
