Students have been below their grade-level reading and having more reading materials especially of interest and culturally relevant books would help them read more. We would like to have a reading contest to promote reading. They will have to prove their reading with a book report. I am excited to see their vocabulary grow, their grade level for reading increase, and improve their WIDA Test Scores for their English Language Skills. My goal is to ultimately see them graduate at their reading level instead. Thank you so much for your help!!
