I would call myself a lifelong learner. I love to be challenged and to grow in every area of my life. Being a teacher, I can learn from many people and in many ways including from my students. A Brother document scanner, "Why Study ...? " poster set, and the 10 Commandments of Math posters will help me and my students be effective to each other and our school, and in turn to our communities and the world. The students will be able to utilize the posters through projects, referring to them during instruction, and continue striving to develop their love of math. Some of them do not like math or do not know the importance of math. These posters will aid in the teaching of the importance of math in everyday life. The document scanner will allow me to easily scan any document to make a digital format to better teach, explain, and review concepts with my students. I want to set them up for success just like how I was when I was in school. I want to create a school climate that is safe, inviting, respectful, and accommodating for all students to learn.
