Having these snacks available for my children will help them to not have to deal with hunger along with learning. Many of my students come from homes where they do not even get breakfast. If they miss breakfast at school that means they have gone a long time without food before lunchtime. Having snacks in the classroom will allow them to put something in their bellies and have one less thing to worry about. Though this won’t put information into their brain, it will give them the energy their brains need to help them learn along with getting rid of hunger pains. Again, one less thing to think about.
