The Kindle Fires will help my students be able to listen and read along with familiar stories and new ones. They will be able to use them during math time to help with counting and number recognition. We will also be able to play fun learning games that will help students learn and remember their letters, letter sounds, sight words, numbers, and number order. Some students have never been in a school environment before so this will help make learning fun. These items will help my learners become proficient and ready for first grade.
