With the number and letter puzzles, my students will be able to identify their numbers as well as use beginning sounds to identify their letters. The color puzzles are a fun and easy way to help them identify their color while matching them onto the board. I can also scaffold learning by extending the alphabet to the pictures found in the puzzles. Some of my students are non-verbal and using puzzles with pictures will assist them in making beginning sounds. The manipulatives will work as a tool to strengthen their fine motor skills as well as open their imaginations to create unique structures.
