Building a classroom library is a dream of mine. I would love for students who are learning Spanish for the first time to be able to interact with simple texts that will make things "click" for them. For my advanced students, I'm excited to be able to offer them texts that pique their interest and challenge them to stretch their literacy skills. Students can share responses to their books by exchanging letters with their classmates, keeping reading journals, drawing scenes, or presenting book reviews to the class. With these varied book choices, student engagement will grow and the class will be enriched!
