The AquaSprouts garden provides opportunities for students to discover the potential of aquaponics while witnessing first-hand how fish and plants can coexist in the same ecosystem. This system will be a great tool to keep kids engaged through their interactions with a living model ecosystem. This aquaponics systems in my science classroom will be an invaluable educational tool, allowing students to learn aquaculture, horticulture, and sustainability. Hands-on activities will provide students with an opportunity to experience what they are learning.
