Being able to purchase a lab set of thermometers will give my students equal access to learning to read a thermometer. The anti-roll additions will extend the life of the thermometers by preventing them from rolling off surfaces. This skill is taken for granted by the older generations because we did not grow up in the digital world our children are today. Many skills are not learned at home and need to be taught in the classroom. Reading a spirit-filled thermometer is such a skill that many do not learn at home today. We are the age of digital, battery-operated thermometers and the ability to read a spirit-filled thermometer is important!

About my class
