Providing students with multiple seating options allows kids that need to move around more a change of pace and scenery so that they can focus their extra energy on their school work instead of rocking in chairs, etc. This is a safer and less distracting alternative to traditional classroom seating. These flexible seating options also a great incentive to use in the classroom because students look forward to getting out of their seats any chance they get! Providing these options also gives students some control and freedom to make choices for themselves in the classroom!
