The materials listed in this cart are to be used for many different things. The books are to provide grade-level reading opportunities. The clipboards are to allow my students to move freely in my classroom and take a break from being stuck at their seats all day. Everything in this cart is only to benefit the plans I have for these students to love coming to school, every day. Students' want to learn and succeed just as much as we want them too. It takes special people to acknowledge that there is a gap in our Education system. Being new to a Title I school, I am able to see just how large that gap is. It is my goal, when I close my classroom doors, to bring happiness, fun, love, and enhancement of knowledge. These kids may not feel as though they deserve equal opportunity, but in my eyes, they sure do! There is only so much a teacher can provide materialistically. I know whether or not these materials arrive to my classroom, I will work my hardest, every single day. Every single day, I will be the best teacher I can be. "Teachers affect eternity; no one can tell where their influence stops" - Henry Brooks Adams.
