The easel will provide a central location for our learning. Students will engage in shared reading of big books with the teacher using the nice ledge to hold the big book and interacting with students. The magnetic whiteboard will allow them to build words with magnetic letters, share their thinking as they solve math problems, and create exciting sentences during interactive writing. Students will engage with this easel multiple times per day, either in a whole group, small group, or independently. This resource will provide an organized space to maximize learning.
