This is my first year teaching at my school and after going through all of the PE supplies, I noticed that there were no racket sport activities. I am requesting badminton racquets and nets. I would love to introduce racket sports to my K-5 students because it will help develop their hand-eye coordination, create an opportunity for them increase their focus snd attention, and provide them with a FUN way to exercise! The birdies will be the object that the students are trying to hit with their racket. The nets that will be purchased are adjustable, which means I will be able to introduce other racket sport games such as pickle ball and tennis in the future!
