Children should grow to love reading--in all forms! Many of my students have different learning styles. When I left the classroom a few years back, I donated most of my classroom library to the school teachers I worked with or to many of the students I worked with in the past. When I returned to teaching this year, my son donated his own personal library to my students/classroom so that I could start the year off with books in their hands. I am looking to build my classroom library up by adding access to audio books, high interest/low-level non-fiction books, high interest non fiction books, all levels of chapter books and all levels of fiction books.
